SCHEDULE A PICK UP

PICK UP SCHEDULE

Pick up of items is scheduled every Thursday. If you are not in your apartment or villa. You can leave the box outside, by the door and we will collect. Make sure you have a list of the items for your own reference. If it is for donation, please label "Donation". If you don't want to wait for the collection schedule, you may arrange a courier to drop it off in our office.

PICK UP OF ITEMS - FREE
Any package less than 5 kilos is picked up for free.

RETURN OF ITEMS
Any items that are not illegible for selling can be return to owner with a standard courier fee of 20dhs. You have the option to donate and it will be recycled responsibly!
 
RETURN ITEMS AFTER DAYS OF CONSIGNMENT
Any items that is way past the consignment window ( 90day ) will be returned to owner with a standard courier fee of 20dhs. You have the option to donate and it will be recycled responsibly!

Including pilling, fading, and shrinkage.
 
No Damage
Like missing parts, rips, stains, and odors.
 
No Alterations
Including missing sizing information.
